yups it was sent as working in transit it belongs to the reciever not the sender if goods were already paid for that is thats how the law usally works unless its changed you can either try and sort it for him which is the decent thing to do or tell not my problem :P
id try to help the guy out tho if he really is genuine and aint trying to pull a scam.
we all no postal service's aint the best and can drop or should i say do chuck shit about without due care.
it's your call but thats my opinion on the matter
