I didn't know where else to put this and I need some help with a ps2 save file I have. I am trying to convert a ps2 save file from psu to psv but I have no clue how and all I have is a ps3 memory card adapter and a ps3 (of course) so I was wondering If someone could help me.

I was wondering if someone could tell me how I could convert a .psu to a .psv file or if they could convert it for me. If someone could help me, that would be really great.

I found this tut, but i canīt say if it works, cause i donīt have a PS3.....

    Instructions

    1. Obtain a PlayStation 3 Memory Card Adapter. These are available from many retailers, including Amazon,
Buy.com and Toys 'R Us. Plug the adapter into your PlayStation 3 via the USB port.
Make certain you have the cord connecting the adapter to the PS3 for this.

    2. Start your PS3 by pressing the power button. Once the main menu has booted up,
select "Game" from the XMB (Xross Media Bar, at the top of the screen).
Press down until you reach "Memory Card Utility." Then select it by pressing the X button on your controller.

    3. "Memory Card (PS2)" should now be visible. Press the triangle button on your controller and select
"Copy" to begin transferring the data from the PlayStation 2 memory card to the PlayStation 3. A new,
virtual "Internal Memory Card" will be created on the hard drive of your PlayStation 3.
These function just like physical PS2 memory cards.

    4. Insert your PlayStation 2 game disc and begin playing. You should now be able to access the Internal
Memory Card just as you would a real one during gameplay.

    Tipps & Warnings

You must have one of the aforementioned older PlayStation 3 models for this to fully work.
All other PlayStation 3 models do not have backwards compatibility, so while you may be able to convert
the data with them, it will be useless.

You can convert PSU to PSV but You cannot sign it (yet?). So actually it's useless (ps3 will not recognize them).

If anyone has the means to convert .psu (or any other ps2 game save format) to .PSV and is interested I have about every format possible of my ps2 game save for Castlevania-Curse of Darkness from psx2 that I played on my laptop after my ps2 slim died (piece of junk, but my ps2 fat was stolen). I just want to finally get to finish this game after trying for so long. I have included the save file from the original disc on my ps3 fat that I saved in case someone can just edit that file to add my save to it with some tool I haven't found online to edit a .PSV file. If necessary I am even willing to pay a reasonable amount of money for conversion through Pay Pal. I will provide links to files on mediafire.
