need help with duo chip

i had a duo chip install in my v4 ps2 but i cant sem to get online with it could somebody please explain how to disable the chip so i can get online thanks

Hold reset while booting for about 5 seconds.

although if rumours are true it may now be to late - cos they may have banned your machine...

Never tried so can not confirm if this happens!

Either way bighap is correct hold reset for 5 seconds and give it a go. Let us know if they allow you online - and if so what games you were trying so that we can get an idea of which games forgive you and don't get you banned if you stuff up when going online and forget to disable the chip.

i just did what bighap said and it let me on madden 2004.i guess my machine is not ban. thanks bghap for helping me

good to know they are not as strict as xbox online is supposed to be - but again with that I am just running on rumours...
