You can either use ISOs up to 4GB, or use the USB-Extreme/USB-Advance-Splittfileformat for USB- and SMB/LAN-Gaming.

you can install games using USBUTILV2 from your cd or dvd or iso games files on your HDD EX
USB-Util is only needed, if your games are over 4GB.
You can use normal ISOs, if you rename them correctly and put them in the correct folder,...
Your games need to be defragmented!

Once you have the apps (FMCB, OPL,...) installed, it is child's-play to get it started.
