@hAZEd2279: Just look at the OPL-Tutorials, linked on top of every page here on this site.

You can either use ISOs up to 4GB, or use the USB-Extreme/USB-Advance-Splittfileformat for USB- and SMB/LAN-Gaming.

USB-Util is only needed, if your games are over 4GB.

You can use normal ISOs, if you rename them correctly and put them in the correct folder,...

Your games need to be defragmented!

Read the tutorials!

i got ya,
i wont need that then,
for the 4 gig thing i just split the file then put it back together in the external dvd.

Just look at the 'Open PS2 Loader'-Tutorials, linked on top of every page here on this website.
Once you have the apps (FMCB, OPL,...) installed, it is child's-play to get it started.
