naplink connection problem pls help!!!

i've burned a disc (naplink 1.01a playstation2 ISO)to run on ps2, and it works, also on pc, i've install (napclient 1.0.2b win32 client) & Driver(Profilic PL-2301 cable), but somehow i can't get the (PL-2301)shown in the window,i guses the PL-2301 can't connect to pc probably, on ps2, shown pc & cable not ready, but i've double checked all the stuff, ((i'm using window xp)), how can i find out what i've done wrong

did you use the 2k/xp driver specifically for naplink?

yes i did use driver 2k/xp,.......
