my ps2 only work somtimes

my v10 ps2 only play ps2 games sometime, these game are on ritek G04, get the rsod. the chip is a duo2

What version is your PS2? Also how long have you had it for?

what are you burning it at? 2x or 4x could be you are burning to fast go to 2x if you havent been.

and one more thing are you loading the game right with the game tray open and loading from the browser?

is it an original chip? becuase some guy was saying that the clones had really bad boot rate.

ok the games r rip with DVD Decrypter was 3.2. something just upgrade to 3.2.3.0. burn at 4x with nero 6.3.1.10. NEC 2500A burner with harrie 107v2b4 firmware(don't like the 107v2b5) the way i boot the game is open the tray insert the game and hit reset. the chip should be an original got it from foundmy

Then you're chip is good... foundmy is solid.

If the problem is intermittent, then it could be the burns themselves (try burning a problematic game again, at the slowest speed possible... see what happens), or it could be an install issue (most likely a cold solder... meaning high resistance). Go over the install. The G04's are excellent, so it shouldn't be the brand.

One other thing... your boot method. I have found it problematic. Don't just tap the reset. Put your game in, close the tray, and go to Standby. Now tap RESET. I've had far better results when starting a game from Standby than already running. Just a thought.

now can it be an install issue if it happen like once every 15-20 boot? i to think its my boot method because once a game get the rsod it will not load until i turn off the ps2 (switch from the back)turn it back on and hit the reset botton
