Mini DVD games –
05-12-2010,03:12 PM
I was just wondering, will PS2 play games that are between 1.4-2.66 GB and that were burned onto Mini DVD-R's (the 80mm ones) play fine? Is there any compatibility issues? Anyone know if smaller discs will increase performance?
I have FMCB so playing backups isn't an issue.

If nobody's tried it before, it might be a good idea to test it. I'm sure others who have thought like you haven't had the time or courage to do it and report on it.
I'm sure once you report your findings, others will either follow suit if it worked or be aware not to do it if it doesn't.
As I said, best way to find out is to try since I really haven't seen anyone talk about this.

I'd try it, but I don't have any mini DVD's. I was simply asking this to satisfy my curiosity.
