Love it. MGS was the reason why I chose the PS2 over the Xbox.

I hope they remake Metal Gear 1 and 2 like they did with MGS:Twin Snakes.

I think Metal Gear are great games, BUT they aren't as good as people make them out to be. Nice story, nice gameplay, and great overall games, but it's nothing that is revolutionary. Same way with a lot of game series like Gran Turismo, Mortal Kombat, etc.

Yeah, I thought that the movie which was MGS 2 was not that good, but the 30 seconds of gameplay that it had were pretty freakin' good. But good lord, those cutscenes!! My girlfriend made fun of me whenever that game was on, like "Oh, do you EVER get to play, or just watch pretty little cutscenes?!"
