So I am looking to download some saves for my Max Drive (Action Replay) and they are European versions is there a way to convert saves to the NTSC version?

Savebuilder edit the root/id and game files names to match that of your game version.
Thank you and how do I find the game version of my game, do I have to put it in my PC and if so, what do I do next to find the game version.

Yes you can read it out of the SYSTEM.CNF file with notepad, or look at the manual, box, or disc for a
SLES - Used by PAL retail releases.
SCES - Also Used by PAL retail releases.
SCUS - Used by US retail releases.
SLUS - Also Used by US retail releases.
SLAJ - Used by chinese and japanese retail releases.
SLKA - Used by Korean retail releases.
SLPS - Used by asain retail releases.
SLPM - Also used by asain retail releases.
PAPX - Used by asain demo discs.
PCPX - Also used by asain demo discs.
SCED - Used by PAL demo discs.
SLED - Also used by PAL demo discs.
PBPX - Used by registered user demo discs too and asain releases irc. That whole paradox thing making it up is BS.
etc number, I believe US and Asain demos also use the same ID as there retail games, it only the PAL ones that got given a separate ID really.
