    Ok, I have a question. Can a switch be put on ANY magic chip as long as you use the points in the pic below? I am not talking about like the ones w/ the clip kit though. Like on magic 2, 3, 3.1, and 4.1 (clone), and maybe the new v will it work? I did it on a magic 3.1 and it worked fine. Thanks.

    Oh yea forgot magic 2 was setup diff. But for all the ones like the magic 3 or that look like it would that diagram I posted work? Thanks

    I am trying to do the magic 2 switch fron the diagram above...
    where it says cut and the has a line going to the switch is that a wire???
    so i make a cut then solder on a wire??

    that cut is to cut the trace in the PCB, preventing the connection to be made. Then you solder wires to that switch like the diagram shows.
