I want to know, how long do i have to press the reset button for so i can watch legit dvd movies. today i was resetting my unit for like 10mins until i was able to watch a movie.

You should only have to hold it until the blue eject light comes on or a second or two longer. Might want to change your sig if this is the case.

so i put in the dvd

close the tray

and then i press the eject button for 2 seconds

Put in the dvd. Close tray then hold reset to power off. Now press and hold reset for the time indicated above.

Or if you already have it in, turn on the machine by holding reset for the indicated time.

reset is the blue button right?

Reset has a green light. Eject is blue. But the blue eject light should come on after pressing reset.
