i dont know if anyone knew this.....but i made my ps2 cd-r trigger the memory card exploit......i changed a bit of burning options,....and the ps2 cd-r starts the memory card exploit

For me what's the point of doing the exploit if you already have a modchip installed. Exploits only useful for people with unmodded machine. Since burning PSX game into a cdr, unmodded PS2 won't read it.

well, i know this is supposed to be for unmodded ps2's, but they cud be useful in other ways........for example, even though i have a modded ps2, i use this method to boot the HDL 7b on my MC,.....i use this disc to trigger running it, cuz my laser is out, and somehow reads CDRs better.....i am soon gonna get it changed...

someday it might come in handy :P

ahmadka2: Ummm when you say CD-R... I assume you mean a game that actually fits on a CD-R? I'm about to try Tom & Jerry (I have the original but it's in pretty bad shape anyway - probably because I had little respect for the disc)... I'll post back with my results... Also, do you have "switches" for your chip? I have three modes: 1. PS2 mode - 2. PS1/DVD Movie mode - 3. Disabled...
