I remember seeing another thread for some LiveDVD boot of linux that boots the kernel from the memory card. Is there a guide/tutorial somewhere on where to obtain the files to auto-boot a kernel from a memory card?

I was thinking of setting up a linux cluster with 4 PS2's

we'll you can set fmcb to boot a specific elf at boot.

thus you could set the .elf that boots the linux kernel with all parameters defined.
