i just ordered a premod and i got it hit eject and it makes a funny noise like its jammed and dont come open please help me out

sound like a lose connection was it delivered by mail. it might have been dropped you should let the installer have a look I would not advice to false it open

Contact the people who you got it from.

If you open it, you'll void any warrenty you have with them.

Don't mess with it.

it probably been drop talk to the installer is your best bet
