just finished painting my ps2

yea. i tried best to keep the logo . i think its alright, im gonna use another coat soon tho.

Hey....nice case. I cut mine out a coupld of months ago and put a peice of plexiglass on the top and painted it chrome. I was just wandering what type of paint you used to paint it and how did you cover up the PS2 logo on top?

well, at first i used paint i bought at a hobby store, for model race cars. but it was easily scratchable, so i added a coat of ultra enamel premium multi purpose spray paint. as for the logo, i put a piece of tape on top of the logo, and with a razor, cut around the logo. my camera cant take really good pics, but the logo can use alot of work.i was thinking about painting it black, the blue dosent look right with the red.

Aw damn it i am painting mine red this week. I am going for the "tifosi" look since I am a ferrari nut but now you went a spoiled it. Beat to another one.

Hey your camera probably doesn't do your paint job much justice. Get a better cam!!

precision - Why spend $300 on one when u can buy some paint and do it urself for less than $10?

Elmostro - u got two PS2's, the same version, with the same modchips which are also the same version, so you must be ghey.

Tweak - looks good ;) Looks pink tho :/ lol as far as I can see the logo looks fine

Zac - many of us use normal car spray paint, works a treat

Cuz I can mod, but I cannot paint! I would want the logo to be intact on the top. You should see my Bit Char racer. I got hobby spray paint and it still has dark spots and runs! That's why I just let someone else do the painting.

And I thought I was the only one with Bit Char G on the forums.
