everytime i do it from my own disc it finishes as "BAD" any way of making it in usbadvance format for OPL 0.7?

yes. you can use iso2usbld.exe as another alternative to usbtil. also note that both usbtil and iso2usbld convert the disc image to multiple 1GB files in usbXtreme format.

iso2usbld comes bundled with the official release of OPL v0.7.
