New Ps2 Slimline Version Mobo!
ouch... that pic is pretty bad. but rest assured that those points have no solder rings and have silkscreen over them... =(
hmm the pic is pretty blurry but judging from what you sed I would suggest you to try and scrape the ink off or solder it underside for a safer way
theres nothing under them.. i scraped a small amount and found nothing..
no i mean flip it over and a solder it underneath and what version is your board
on top of that.. the points are in different positions and i cant figure out how they have moved them around. the bigger point at the top/middle of those 4 points is no longer there either...
well first of all are you sure of the version?Teh v12 and v13 board have a bit variations in them to tell them apart
you could always solder onto the mechanon legs.
Ok, i guess no one really took me seriously when i said
"I think we may have a new version on our hands heres..."
Check out the difference in a supposed v13 and what i have just found here [NY-USA] on this new version [notice the difference?!?]. Alot of components are all moved around and the fuses are definately all over this board compared to the v13 pic...
I've tried to contact Team Infinity on this issue.. no response yet...
PLEASE lets put together a new Solder Point Sheet for most common Ps2 Chip Installs... Chip Makers always take way too long anyways...
NEW SLIMLINE MOBO
