I need some advice please....

I just got a new mobile phone and the sales guy gave me a new silver PS2 for $50.00 AU. Just in time as my previous one decide to rest in peace :) I was wondering what the best mod-chip would be and how hard would it be for a friend of mine to install it. (My friend has installed PS1 chips and also my x-box chip)

The PS2 Model is SCPH-50002 SS.

Any advice would be great.

Now time for me to go and open the silver box and fire up the ps2...

Arrrrrrrrrr, "best" is only the opinion of who ye be askin' there matey. DMS3 is a nice one, so is the latest Magic as well. All depends on whatcha wanna spend, so it does. And as for installin' it. PS2 chip is a completely different world than PSX or X-Box, so it is.
