I just installed comsoft v4 and need help plz

My comsoft blinks the blue led off/on endlessly im unsure why exactly and just succesfully installed my DMS4 SE Pro and then put Toxic Bios 1.4 on it that works but the comsoft just blinks and disc wont spin the laser turns on then off in a tenth of a secound help would be greatly appreciated thank you and all have a blessed day

I just installed the Toxic OS 0.41 and still comsoft blinks blue and no motor spin up i wired the comsoft in right could it be a bad comsoft or a loose conection?
