How to format HDD to ps2 format?

Good day everyone... i just have a 160gb hdd in a fat32 format how can i make it ps2 format so that i can use it in my ps2? then i also have a 250gb hdd when i plug it in my laptop i cant see the drive... thank you for your kindness. More power.

If usb fat32 if internal hard drive with Phat ps2 3 ways to format it WinHIIP_V1.7.6 for pc uLE for ps2 or HDloader will do it too
