How to create 100% working PSS

I've made one short video to replace some videos that I want to remove.

I can't remove them completely because if I remove the videos completely when I try to run them when I rebuild the game,it's starting the video that is next on the LBA table,for example:

0000800237 , \DATA\VIDEOS\ASB04.PSS - Removed or replaced by dummy
0000813646 , \DATA\VIDEOS\ATTR-P-N.PSS
0000825959 , \DATA\VIDEOS\ATTR-P-P.PSS
0000838272 , \DATA\VIDEOS\ATV_2.PSS - Removed or replaced by dummy
0000845873 , \DATA\VIDEOS\A_INLINE.PSS - Removed or replaced by dummy
0000856210 , \DATA\VIDEOS\BO_2.PSS - Removed or replaced by dummy
0000880211 , \DATA\VIDEOS\CINE1-EN.PSS - Removed or replaced by dummy

When I try to run ASB04.PSS it's starting ATTR-P-N.PSS and when I run ATV_2.PSS,A_INLINE.PSS or BO_2.PSS it's starting CINE1-EN.PSS

Till now the video that I've made is working like this.Starting normally but at the end return 2 second back and when it reach the finish it returns 2 second back again(this is happening 3 times till the video actually finish).

I use PSS Plex to create the video.
Do I need to make the audio to be 100% same duration as the video or?

When the audio is shorter than the video,when I try it on Cube Media Player the video is shorten to the audio duration,if I make the audio longer then the video repeat itself till the audio finish.

Here's the video if you want to check it and if possible to fix it but the video must be with fade in at the beginning and fade out at the end.

are the size of both Videos the same ?

The originals and the one that I made?
The size it's not the same but isn't not about the size/duration,the video is working in the same way on player and on my PS2 and PCSX2.

The game doesn't have checks about the duration of the video(those are just demos of games)

yeah well i remember when i made a my own Video with PES games and WE .so when it was a Little bigger than the original i got a black screen on a Video .but after i made the same duration and with the same size .i got it working .

Making it same duration will make removing the original videos pointless....I'm shrinking the game.

The video that I've created is 4 seconds and all of the demo videos are more than minute.

ohh ic you are shrinking the game well i just replaced the Videos .and rebuilt the image again .

Yes I'm replacing them but the problem is that I don't create the video correctly and because of that the video is returning 2 second back 5 times when I try them on my PS2/PCSX2.

That's the main question...how to create 100% working videos because now I have problems and even on Cube Media Player I can see that the video that I've created isn't running normally as any other original videos from games.

On Cube Media Player is retuning only ones...the video is 5 seconds but with that returning becomes 7 seconds and on my PS2/PCSX2 is 15 seconds because it's returning 5 times
