why would you want to do that if you want to play ntsc games why not just get a modchip and itll solve all of those problems. I believe that the chip can for the system into different modes. So........yea....

yeah really any modchip out can change the codes to play other regions.

Matrix Infinity lets you choose what video mode to force. It can force Pal, NTSC, VGA, and some other things.
