I currently have a DDR mat that has a playstation port and a parallel port.
And I want to plug this in to a usb port on my laptop. I want to do the wiring myself, are there any available wiring diagrams for this?

Either ps to usb or parallel to usb would be great. Thanks.

I'm uncertain as to the differences between PS2 and PSX controllers, but here is a PSX to USB interface:

making it is just not worth it IMO unless you got nothing else to do.

also, make sure you buy a good one (google for people's reviews). there are some cheap chinese knock-offs that don't work so well.
