Hmm!! mega help needed

Hi guys
I'm wondering if there is any mediaplayer that can play mpg? I've got the ps2realityplyer v.1.50 but it can only play divx/xvid..

Please help!! I have looked all over the place for one and the latest news from ps2reality is that they stopped with their player..

why not just convert the mpg to divx/xvid its not that hard, and it is defiantly a lot easier than looking for something to play them.

but I have only found some progs that cost a bunch.. any suggestions?
