    I went a got a wireless router and USB adaptor for the pc. My internet is plugged into this computer via eithernet. The usb adaptor conects to the
    ps2's wireless router. I cant access the net though the ps2 but I can access the computer how can I share the internet conection.

    Router on ps2.
    USB adaptor on PC
    pc eithernet link to broadband modem

    I can access the computer from the playstaion and copy files , but I can't get it to access the net from the ps2.

    yes have tried internet conection sharing. Was able to ping ps2. Also have tried bridgeing. The cable between this computer and modem is crossover. Armax Evo cant connect to net on ps2 just neg.

    Most wireless routers can connect directly to your internet connection and are setup via the setup web address the manufacturer has programmed into the router. (In fact, all wireless routers do that). Then you don't need to worry about sharing the connection, it just happens as long as you don't setup an access list.

    If you're on dial-up you'll still need to figure out the sharing thing but otherwise, just connect your internet connection to the router with a straight thru cable.

    If you have internet connection sharing on your pc, share your pc's connection. Then in the gateway section, set the gateway to be your pc's ip adress. That's what i do, and it works fine
