Help, V14 has not red light, won't turn on.

I installed a DMS 4 SE on a V14. After I finiished soldering, without putting the motherboard back into the case,I plug the power and controller and turn it on, was able to get disabled message and got into the setting menu(the chip has already flashed.).
Then I put everything back into the case, turn it on, the power was turn on for 2 seconds, the motor was starting to move, then all went black. Since then, the Power LED doesn't even turn to red, completely dark. THe power adapter is fine.

Help!

Try to remove the chip and see if it works

Removed the chip and wires, now it works again. This is really weird, because I tested it before I put the motherboard back into case, it worked.

Wires or cables getting pinched perhaps?
