Help With replacing Laser Unit in PS2

I have just received my brand new laser unit for my PS2 the model number scph 39003R.
I know I am new to the forum but would be grateful of any diagrams etc.

as no instructions etc. were sent with the new laser unit.
I have already stripped the PS2 down & taken the drive apart & taken out the old none reading laser unit. The problem is I had read on one suppliers site that you have to de-solder some points on the new laser units before they will work

. So any info, diagrams etc. would be extremely welcome.

Desolder that point and you should be good.
