    What kind of controller? If it is a older controller it may nto work and some games don't have the feature.I personally don't care for it.

    no is my ps2 the controler function corectly with a another ps2 my ps2 is a v9 modded with a ripper2gold y ude launchelf and a hdd mactor80 go

    Yes I have the same problem. When I took my cover off of my PS2 and inserted a controller it broke my Rumble pack thing inside the PS2. (Nothing to do with controller).

    You probably burned the fuse that controls the electric current for the rumble feature. I bet you removed/inserted a memory card while the screen was saying DON'T REMOVE MEMORYCARD, lol.
