help me play this game

hi, im new to this forum in order to get some info and it seems you guys know what you're talking about.

there's a ps2 game i was waiting for (siren 2) only to find out it was not gonna be released in the U.S. There is a uk version, though, and like the first one, it was dubbed there in english.

I've tried looking for peeps to mod my system, buy a PAL system, find ways to mod my system myself, get a swapmagic set, everything - but crap is either sold out or i can't find anyone to help me.

I know you can download emulators for games - and that includes emulators for ps2 games. I just bought a new laptop and i'm sure i could play it on it. But i'm real useless when it comes to downloads and patches and files to open up and store elsewhere and all that, so here i am.

I DESPERATELY need to play this game, especially since a third is coming out real soon. Is there anyone that can explain to me as simply and accurately as possible where and how i can get a ps2 emulator and a rom/iso/whatever file for the english version of the game so i can finally see my long wait come to an end???

sorry but roms and iso ( from copy right materials ) are not allowed
