I am a French modeller amateur.
as a great fan of Gran Turismo serie, and as many people, i think Ferrari should be in the game...but, no informations about this.
yesterday, I had an idea: make a joke by doing some "fakes" renders with 3D studio max.
renders with a Ferrari (288GTO) modelled by me (actually unfinished) on an official GT racetrack.

my question is: Is that possible to extract a track from the DVD using a dev kit?!
nor I'll do by myself (modelling a track as near as porrible with the GT track "Trial Mountain") but it'll take more time...


It's not a hack (I think), because I'll not make money.
It is only some joke.

I don't think you can do that, sounds REALLY hard.

In theory, yes. In reality, though, no. How do you know which file you want? How do you know what format the file is in?

So unless you have the source to GT4 and/or you are a computer God, it's not going to happen.
