i have a 16 mb max memory memory card the kind where you dont have to load a disc before you can play a game but lately it tells me that save has failed whenever i try to save to it

Hows about you go to Exploitstation.com there is a Mem Card Formatter there.

-Its an affiliate, could have made it easier for him to find lol

I have a s*ny original memory card 8Mb. I'ts corrupt now. In these forum tell me to use MCKILLER. I Already download MCard Killer.zip. There is 2 file (MCKILLER.BIN and MCKILLER.CUE). What should i do with these 2 file to format my memory card?
