GH-032-13 Strange problem

I got 12pcs of V13 PS2s. Installed MARS PRO 806 modchip and all were perfect besides one. This on as customer says worked 40minutes after that got screen frezing problem but sound is going on not stoping with screen.

I removed modchip again same problem.. the removed laser lens restarted again same problem..

Please share info regarding this problem if you have any experince situtaion like this.

bridging.. or top quality Code.. might have scorched a bios pad also just trace the lead and jump it

All solder points are ok bios is clear as never touched and same chip is working on another console ver good this is not a bridging isue my installer has 25years of enginerign and soldeirng skills ... also it worked for 40minutes after isntalling chip and after that get that freezing screen..
I think it's heating problem
