It explains how these 3 software titles for the Playstation2 may be illegal, even though the company may not know about it, which I find pretty odd.

I know someone who got a cease and desist order and they cited that GameShark discs are in violation of Sony's terms. I guess items that are in violation can be sold at major retailers?? I wonder when I can sell chipped systems at Target?
The only reason I can think of is that Datel, Pelican and GameShark didn't sign agreements and buy a dev kit from Sony.The Yellow PS2 auto-boots all. PS2, PS1 stealth and DVD movies.
