ESR + USB PS2

Hi

I cant seem to get games to work with esr or usb, can anyone help me find a way:

1-what kind of dvd, speed and software to patch and burn the iso for ESR?

2- most games dont work with usb... using usb util2.0...

1- good quality media like Sony or Verbatim and use ESR Patcher at mid.speed
2-and which games ?
