    I turn the playstation on, press the eject buttun and it blinks but it wont open. Any ideas?

    check for solder balls and bridges throughout the WHOLE board. go by every section slowly. You probably bridged something. Also make sure the power/eject cable is inserted fully.

    Well it sounds like a little click inside the drive like it is trying to so could it still be a solder splash. But i guess ill check anyways.
