DUO vs. DMS v2

so the duo is as reliable as the messiah 2 pro cause if it isnt i dont feel it would be worth buying just because its cheaper. i mean i want to be able to play my games when ever i feel like it not like the magic chip it allows you to play when it wants you too.

I've never had a single problem with the DUO, in fact in my testing I've had near 100% boot rate with DUO.

what version ps2 do you have it installed in? and if its that good i am about to buy me a ton of them

Haven't put them in any V1-3 yet, I'm sure those would have a lower boot rate (due to laser, probably not chip). I've installed about 20 of these in everything from V4-V7 and they have all worked great. I received a couple of these from the manufacturer before they were released for testing, and after seeing their performance, have been a supporter of them since then. If you don't need all the extra stuff DMS does, they do the job of booting backups very well...

Keep in mind, if you order a bunch of them, they don't work in the new V9/10s
