Is this MGS2:Substance or what is it?

It's like a "making of" disc, it's not a game.. hell I think it even says that right on the box. A friend of mine has it and it's nothing but videos, models, music, sfx, etc.. including the entire game script! It does however have a couple VR missions and when I mean a couple I mean ~5 so it's definately only for the real hardcore MGS fan.

OK, thanks for your answer. BTW I can I read on the box if I don't have the game? I have not even seen it....
