I have just installed the DMS3 Explorer and the Mediaplayer on my PS2 memory card and I was wondering if it was normal that it take about 2 megs on my card. I tought it would take far less space. 2 megs is pretty big on a 5 megs card IMO.

    Anyway, thanks alot

I don't know about the Explorer's size but a PS2 memory card should be 8 megs not 5

Well, it's 8 Mbits. I was talking about 5 Megabytes

Thanks for the correction Aerick I don't know why but I was thinking that the PS2 memory card was about 5 megs or so. But I always mix up the two terms anyway. I guess it's ok for mortal like me to be corrected by supreme being like you.

And about those childish little comments, thats pretty lame. You can make your mediaplayer the way you want. Make 1 gigs if you want. But don't expect to be the only team working on a divx player eternaly. Sooner or later, some others talented guy will make one and then you will be out of the game unfortunatly. So you should try to forget about everything before it's too late IMO. There's no doubts you created a really nice application, but for who are you developping it? I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, that your original goal was to provide a useful utility for the PS2 scene and I think you achieved that goal. But you can either forget your grip agains't DMS3 people and continu to please more users, or you can try to make the life of every DMS3 owner harder. Now it's your decision.
