DMS 3 and V7 problem! Please help

I checked all the connections and they appear ok. Turned on the ps2 and got to the menu. Put in a legit game and it recognized the PS2 disc, but kept "reading disc". I turned the ps2 off and turned it back on, but now i got a black screen.
So I took everything apart and checked the wires and tested the machine again, and same thing happened. The first time I turned on, I can see the menu, but not the second time. What are some possible problems?
Mine wiring is a mess, so it may be a problem. What are some wires that you can't cross? Can the wires cross over a chip? TIA

Check the Bios points with a multimeter and a magnifying glass make sure none of the points are bridged, if a point is bridged try to remove it with some copper braid. Good luck!

Is there another point where I can solder the +3.3v other than specified point on the diagram?
