divineo took the money but send a fake tracking number and i never receive a chip..

this message just want to let everybody now that don't buy anything at diveneo.......first they say the chip in in stock and ship 24 hrs but they delayed my order till 2 weekks and they finallly send me a tracking number but i think that some body order caue i live in ca dand i see the tracking number in alaabma...i email them iand they ignore me.............

It took myself weeks(2) to get any reply from them. I got the confirmation that I would recieve an email, but then I didnt hear back from them.

What I did was get all of their email addresses together (theres 3) and I finally got a reply that I will get my order. Sucks that I paid 11 to ship one chip, but I like to make small orders first to see how their service is. Its been about 3 weeks and I know I wont be using them again.

I also keep getting emails saying that my chip should arrive soon. Like they didnt respond allready. I think they are just way too busy and falling behind on returning their emails.

I havent heared of anyone not recieving their orders, so im not worried.

I ordered on 28 Jan, and still havent gotten a tracking number, and since my email was entered incorrect when I singned in, they for some reason cant find it in their records. THey need better organization.

Not to worry though if you paid by paypal, at least you can fall back on that.

I got an answer after I emailed the address they have listed on paypal.

$4000.00 ????? Good freaken luck! As like the others, I ordered on Jan. 24th, got confirmation on 25th, they said I would get tracking info within 48hrs (didn't get till 2/01/04), and it is a Canada tracking number which only stated that it was dropped off there. According to Divineo I will only get two types of tracking information (when it is mailed and when it will deliver). So for I have only seen the first tracking info and it is now 2/14/04 and still no chip. I finally got a reply back from them on 2/12/04 stating that "delay for this type of shipment could take 3-11 business days".

FROM WHAT DAMN DAY AND TIME ARE WE TALKING HERE!!!!!

Im still recieving replies to my emails I sent days ago, it must not be the same person, because it the same reply over and over.

I ordered one damn DMS chip on Jan 28 and still dont have it. THey said they had a 3 day turn around in stock. Still do on the website.

Ill give it till mid next week then im complaining to paypal.

I just emailed MAX from Divineo to see whats up I told him I took down his banner and will stay down untill things are resolved. Hope that helps guys.
