difference between v14 and v15?

can some1 tell me the difference between a v14 and v15?and which is better to buy
also is it good to keep a fan near the console while playing?

at the moment i found a v13 console,so should i buy it or look for a higher version

buy it if you intend to use a hard drive in the future like the hdcombo or the hdconnect if not look for higher version. it up to you.
