Hey I bought one of these USB adapters cuz i think my official one is screwed for good, but I hear that no upcoming online games have support for it. So you can still use it for your PC if you ever need a NIC or you're too dumb to install a PCI card. Anyway, the driver might not be needed for Windows XP, but I had to use it on a 98 machine. I popped open the casing of the adapter and found that it is the ADMtek - ADM 8511 model. The driver worked fine. I will attach the driver for anyone who would like to use this thing in the future.

I e-mailed Capcom about Auto Modellista's support of USB Network Adapters such as the Go-Net adapter and here is the reply i got:
    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Capcom. Unfortunately, we can only guarantee compatibility with the Sony Network adapter. We have heard of customers trying to use third party adapters and not being able to get the game to play online."
So it would seem that it doesn't work with it.
