The emulation/backup/mod scene changes almost from day to day, and I have been out of the loop for some time now. What are people using these days for PS2 chips? I was looking at DMS, mainly due to the fact that its easy to update and they ARE still making updates for it.

I was looking at two sites from which I am thinking about placing an order. Has anyone had experience ordering from xmodd or x-team mods? These seem like good places, with xmodd being a bit cheaper. Any other places that anyone has ordered from and were satisfied with the overall service?

I ordered my DMS3 off of xmodd, it got here (New Jersey) pretty quickly. I'm not sure how their installs are but I was happy with my order for the chip off of them.

It seems that the difference in price between xmodd and x-team mods is around $20, with xmodd being the cheaper of the two. I still need to do more research before committing to a purchase.
