    Very kewl.

For $20, I'll get one... just for the hell of it.

Best suited to 18 - 24 guage, so not ideal for 30 guage, but what the hell!

It sucks. The tip breaks easily. Give me an old iron any day. If you guys have G4TECHTV there's a guy on there named Yoshi who reviewed this product and he also also said it sucks. Sorry to be a party pooper but this won't help you with the PS2 soldering. The tip is the size of your thumb.

Ive thought of this, seen the commercials. More than likely the tip is too big for use on the ps2, If their special tip can be sanded or grinded down to make a finer point without wrecking the iron or the tip itself then it may work.

was thinking of buying one of these for doing car stuff.

yeh this would be good for car stuff, portable, cools quickly, and the big tip should be OK

I doubt it breaks that easily, and im sure there are replacements...I mean Yoshi is Harcdore he will work with nothing but the best, have you seen the crazy stuff he has built? Ofcourse you have to be careful, you're working with a iron that gets to 500 degrees!! Not for kiddies.
