I bought a CodeBreaker and I was pissed to learn that it's not working!! I gives a weird Playstation 2 logo and goes back to browser right away. I read in some places that it might be because it does't work with chips, so I tried disabling my Duo 2 GT but it does the same exact thing.

Pissed I tried to get a copied version and tried it. The Playstation 2 logo appears fine but then there is an endless BSOD (Black screen of death). I was wondering if there was any homebrew or whatever elf file that allows you to use codebreaker codes with games or does someone know a way to make it work?

I just had this problem. Insert a different (working) ps2 game into your console. Once at the "Playstation 2" screen, press eject and insert your codebreaker.

You can try and go into TOXIS OS SETTINGS

go down to PS2 VIDEO Y-FIX : OFF

Then press CIRCLE to save setting

Reboot your PS2 then it should load.

    Try it
