Chipped PS2 stopped working after 4 month

I've got the mod chip its the mod magic 3.6.
I just got it here not to long ago 3 - 4 months and damn did that thing work great for a bit well then my dvd stopped working on the ps2 and now i cant even use my ps2
My door wont even open when i hit the button for the door open the little light on it goes off

well I'm not sure if its due to the chip may have been bumped ? kicked ? knocked off the couch ? I'm not sure if its happened but to make sure i just want to know if that can do it also

all connections look good touched them up and all same before same after.

have u try removing the clip and reinstalling the clip?
