Lately I've seen some Chinese memory cards with different capacities (some with 128 MB of storage).
Are they worth it?
Has anyone else bought one of them and what are his/her opinions?

Just one question...What's the point of having such huge memory card.I have 64mb card since I have PS2(2-3 years) and have more than 120 games(don't have saves for all of them) but I have more than 100 saves on that card and I barely use 20mb of it(that includes SMS,Ule,CodeBreaker,HDLoader(twice),3 emus,FMCB the multi version, the configurator for FMCB and ESR)
or you could just use Pen drive to backup the saves ( if you dont use it or dont need it ) and make space for those that you need it .
there are some games that use up to 2~4mb

Just wait for dlanor, when he state how many space one single save-state (+ you have multiple slots to choose from, afaik.) of the "Nippon Ichi RPGs" use.
[Btw.: How many Nippon Ichi RPGs are out there? How many different versions got released?]
You get one normal Sony-MC fully with it I think.
I donīt have so many games like you, but my MAX32 is full (inluding some Test-Stuff, ELFs, FMCB of course and all my Saves).
Just keep in mind, that not everyone is only using one "slot" in a game.
For example: My FF-X usually has up to 20Saves (but they are very small).
Mine and those of friends.
I personally dont have a clone MC, but from most of the reports ive read, its best to avoid them if you can find a reputable brand instead. Even if you buy a smaller MC for a few bucks more, its better in the long run as to not loose your data/saves or run into incompatibilities of games, ps2 apps, etc.
I bought a Codejunkies 64 Memory Plus MC and deleted all the crap that Datel installed to the card for the Memory Manager and have not had any issues with the MC since. All my games save/load just fine, although due to the size, its a little slower than a normal MC, so keep that in mind when using a large MC.

NIS games uses one save file for all slots,I have 10 NIS games and the average space they use is 350kb

I use more slots too but not so many...on ToA for example I have 10 slots,Wild Arms 5 I have 5 slots and so on.I have saves on 52 games different games including apps, skins and settings
128 MB works fine, however, it loads and saves a LOT slower...really, its not even funny.
Also there are some problems with some games too:
KH2 can't create a save for the first time, you have to place one from GameFaq for example, otherwise the game will always says that there is no memory card inserted
Ar Tonelico 1 and 2,Atelier Iris 1,2 and 3,Mana Khemia and Down Of Mana have slower reactions when you use that card. When you try to go to the load/save screen since the card is slow it's not responding right away on you commands
Sonic Riders Zero Gravity will create a damaged save and the next time you try to save(autosave) it will tell you that there is no memory card inserted or that the save is damage and you wont be able to save.
I think there was other games too but I don't remember now
