    hello there m8's!
I was wondering whats standart resistances is over the pots on the new PS two?
i'f justed installed a crystal and i tryed to measure the pots:
    CD: 240 ohm
    DVD: 750 ohm

isent this i bit low? could we extend the life time of the laser by increasing the resistance

    best regards MaximusDK

There are no standard values. They are all different.

I'm pretty sure when you raise the pot you LOWER the lifetime of the laser, sure it will work betrter now, but not for longer.

well just a thouth! if we turn up the resistance that could maybe help with the pore life time of the laser on the V12, as a supplement to the diode fix. but dont know if the laser will read anything if we lower the current.
