    you want an ntsc vid signal??....it will work, the powerboard doesn't output different voltages, it just takes in and converts differently, so if you want to use a us ps2 in a pal country that uses 220v, you will need the 220v powerboard, as a 110v power board would fry, and since i've never looked at the plug on the ps2, you might not even be able to fit a 220v cord in the slot......hopefully that makes sense, it's 5am here

    I need to place into PS2 (version 3 - PAL UNITS)

    Two NTSC boards version 3. You think its possible?
