well, since my 1st one went off topic and got closed I guess I will ask questions about the guys that tried to help me.
So basically if I make 100% sure the wire is touching the points and no glue gets in between then it will work?

yes it would work but it would be very SENSITIVE a slight knock and you would be searching for hours maybe even redoing all the points just to find the problem just do it the good old way and solder.

on the legs i think i might hot glue but every where else i wil solder
the legs would be the most difficult place to use hot glue. did you not get anything out of the other thread at all? no one wants to see a "Brainstorm 3 - My ps2 is dead, all i did was use hotglue. how do i fix it?" thread.
didnt you notice that in that entire thread not ONE person even joked about hotglue being a good idea?
Ya, youd have a huge problem with cold points. Actually there is conductive epoxy you can buy, but when you want to try to take it off after its dry, wont be near as easy as solder.
here's an idea use solder and hot glue to hold the point in place![]()
seriously go with solder or save up and get it installed by a pro he he ive repaired a ps2 where it was someones bright idea to use superglue for the points it aint pretty i can tell yer and took days soaking the board in chemicals before it could be corrected and installed correctly.

Don't glue man!
The boards here are rife with people having mod problems, and MANY of them are due to solder connections. GLUE would be much worse.
Soldering makes 2 points one. Glue makes 2 point....still 2, just being "held close" by glue.
Save yourself the headache.
BAD IDEA!
Wanna use glue this is what will happen.
